This Privacy Policy Statement and Terms of Use (“Privacy Policy”) is provided to our customers to describe our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information collected by iKeyless, LLC (doing business as Car Keys Express or Car Care Express) (“Car Keys Express”) (“Car Care Express”) through our websites, kiosks, applications, and other online services (collectively, the “Car Keys Express” Platforms including “Car Care Express”) that post or include a link to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected on the Car Keys Express and Care Care Express Platforms and does not cover any information collected at any other web site or elsewhere by Car Keys Express and Car Care Express (unless specifically stated). Car Keys Express and Car Care Express are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you the most powerful and secure kiosk and website experience. Because we collect information about our customers to provide our kiosk and website reconditioning order site (the "CCE Kiosk" and “the CCE website”), this Privacy Policy explains data collection and use in connection with the operation of our CCE Kiosk and CCE website. Please read this entire privacy policy before posting any information on any of our kiosks or associated Car Care Express Platform websites.

COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies customers and, where appropriate, Company representatives accessing and using the CCE Kiosk and/or website or that allows us to contact you ("Personal Information"). Generally, this information is gathered upon your request to access services offered via our CCE Kiosk and/or website. When you make use of our CCE Kiosk and/or website, we may ask you to provide additional information. We keep this customer identification and/or registration information on file. This is considered your User Profile or Customer Account.

CHILDREN/MINORS

The Car Keys Express and Car Care Express Platforms are not intended for use by anyone younger than the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone younger than age 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a user who is younger than age 18, we will delete the information from our active databases.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Personal Information for three primary purposes: To identify you as the requester of services on the CCE Kiosk and/or website and track the status of your request for services, e.g., request for reconditioning and/or replacement key service. To make the site easier for you to use by not making you enter Personal Information more than once. Your information may be used by Car Keys Express, Car Care Express or its affiliates to contact you about products and services of potential interest, including those not offered via the CCE Kiosk and/or website, and including product updates and associated promotional material. Your information may also be used as collated general demographic information to improve Car Keys Express and Car Care Express products and services. To transact payment in connection with your request for services placed using our CCE Kiosk and/or website, and to enable service technicians to locate an address associated with your Customer Account and request for services to fulfill your request. Except as set forth below, we will disclose Personal Information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to : (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of our CCE Kiosk and/or website or the public, and (d) establish compliance with the request for services. Your Personal Information may also be accessible by third parties with whom we have contracted to host and support our CCE Kiosk and/or website. Any such third parties have agreed or will agree, not to disclose or use your Personal Information except for the reasons set forth in (a) through (d) above.

CONTROL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you register or otherwise give us personal information, we will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above. To the extent you provide personal email address information, we will limit use of such email information for internal purposes in: 1) providing you with information related to a service request; and 2) sending out periodic emails informing you of technical service issues related to our CCE Kiosk and/or website or other services offered on our CCE Kiosk and/or website.

CHANGES TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you ever need to change information in your User Profile or Customer Account, or if you would like to unsubscribe to updates about our services, you may send us an email with the change of information or other requests, to the following: support@CarCareExpress.com.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Data Protection at Car Keys Express and Car Care Express is taken very seriously and we require every member of our team to take appropriate measures to safeguard the privacy, security, and integrity of Personal Information through from receipt and creation to destruction. We strictly protect the security of Personal Information and honor your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Personal Information is never shared outside the Company without your permission, except under conditions explained above.

TRANSACTION SECURITY

Car Keys Express and Car Care Express, through the CCE Kiosks and/or websites, provide a secure environment for your service request-related transactions. The transmission of your Personal Information, including payment information, is encrypted and protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) networking protocol. Also, stored Personal Information is maintained in a secure environment with access restricted to employees for specific purposes such as billing administration. Employees are required to use password-protected screen-savers and keep their computers up-to-date.

DATA PRIVACY LAWS

Car Keys Express and Car Care Express, as an “information holder”, agree to abide by applicable state and federal personal information security, data disposal and data breach notification requirements. Should a data breach event occur, Car Keys Express and Car Care Express will use your personal information as provided to notify you of any breach of your personal information. Exemplary data privacy laws may be found at Kentucky Revised Statutes KRS 365.720 et seq.

CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT

We may occasionally update this privacy policy. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy policy. For material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by placing a prominent notice on the website.
