How long does it typically take to perform service?
Headlight repair about 1 hour. Windshield repair about 1 hour. Paintless Dent Repair about 1 hour depending on the repair needed. Paint Touch Up about 1 hour. Interior repair 1-3 hours depending on the repair needed. Alloy Wheel Repair 1-3 hours depending on the repair needed.
How far ahead do I have to make an appointment?
With Priority service, you can have one of our technicians meet you within 24 hours of placing your order. If your need is less urgent, you can schedule a Standard service or Economy service and we’ll work with you to schedule a time that is most convenient for you.
Do I need to have a key for you to make one?
No, we can create a brand new key for you if you’ve lost all spares.
What do I need to provide for you to make a key?
If you already have a key, we do not need any paperwork. If you do not have any other keys, our technician will verify that you are the registered owner of the vehicle. For service you’ll need to provide your vehicle’s registration and a state issued ID matching the registration.
Do I have to be with my car for you to make a key?
Yes, most keys require that they be programmed to the car for them to work. In order to do this and test that they are programmed appropriately, your vehicle will need to be present.
Do you need any paperwork from me to perform service or make a key?
If you already have a key, we do not need any paperwork. If you do not have any other keys, our technician will verify that you are the registered owner of the vehicle. For service you’ll need to provide your vehicle’s registration and a state issued ID matching the registration.
What is the warranty?
All of our key products have a three-year warranty. Paintless Dent Repair carries a lifetime warranty as long as you own or lease the vehicle. Wheel, Interior, Paint Touch Up, Headlight, and Windshield repairs carry a 1 year warranty.

How does billing work?
You pay a 50% down payment through our kiosk when you order service. All payments must be processed through our kiosk. When you order service, a temporary authorization is placed on your card. This authorization is not completed as a final payment until service is performed.
Is billing through the kiosk secure?
Absolutely! Car Care Express uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure the privacy of all of your data. Here are some of the many security features Redbox uses: (1) All Car Care Express kiosk credit card transactions meet the Data Security Standard of the credit card industry. (2) All boxes are actively monitored and regularly inspected both on-site and remotely.
Can I pay when I get service?
All payments must be processed through our kiosk. When you order service, a temporary authorization is placed on your card. This authorization is not completed as a final payment until service is performed.
Does Car Care Express provide receipts for the service?
Yes, we’ll send you an email with your purchase information after your order.
Are there any discounts (AAA, military, senior citizen, etc)?
Our prices are already discounted so low, that we do not offer any additional discounts at this time.
Do you offer a discount if I buy multiple services or keys for one car or for multiple cars?

I accidentally ordered service at the wrong location, what should I do?
Our technician will call you before service and we provide you with their direct phone number at the time of the order. Simply let them know the correct address and we’ll update your order.
What personal information does Car Care Express keep on file and how is it used?
When you order service with Car Care Express, you enter your name, email address, and current location (as well as some email preferences). Car Care Express uses your email address to send your order confirmations and receipts and your phone number to schedule service. If you’d like, you can opt out of receiving marketing materials from us. If you use a credit card to pay online, your credit card is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect your data We do not store your credit card information.
Does Car Care Express share my personal information, or sell it to other companies?
No, Car Care Express never shares your information or sells it to third parties.
If I change my mind before they come out, can I get a refund?

Can reconditioning services be performed in inclement weather conditions?
No. Reconditioning services can not be performed in the rain, snow or in below freezing temperatures.
